U.O.E.N.O.” rapper Rocko was arrested in his hometown of Atlanta on Friday, but though it stemmed from drag-racing his Rolls Royce against his own BMW (driven by a friend,) that wasn’t the actual cause of his arrest.By the time cops had spotted the cars on I-75, they had slowed down, so they couldn’t charge either with drag-racing. Instead, Rocko ended up being brought in for driving on a suspended license. His friend was arrested as well, but that’s because the genius tried to run, and was charged with fleeing and eluding a peace officer.
