The extended delay of the third installment of Kanye West’s Air Yeezy sneakers at Nike was a major contributor to Kanye jumping ship and signing a long-term deal with Adidas, where his next shoe is set to release (reportedly in 2015). The shoes, the Red October Air Yeezy 2′s were eventually released in February, in a surprise, limited release, so naturally bootleggers nationwide saw their chance at a quick check, and several of them cashed out. So, it pretty much sucks when you actually run into Kanye West with what you think are a real pair of the Red Octobers, so he can sign them, and not only are they fake, but he lets you know they’re fake, in public.
